On 14th October 2025 the Supreme Court of Gibraltar appointed Frederick White and Bradley Chadwick of Grant Thornton Limited as Joint Administrators of Premier Insurance Company Limited (“Premier”).

The Joint Administrators will continue with the management of policies and the settlement of claims arising under insurance policies issued by Premier dependent on the approval of the Administrators proposal by creditors.

Insurance creditors may be eligible for protection from the statutory compensation scheme – the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.  The Administrators will be liaising with and assisting the compensation scheme facilitating the submission of eligible claims.
