Premier Insurance Company Limited (“Premier”) has been placed into Administration. As a result, the Financial Ombudsman Service is no longer able to assist customers with complaints against Premier. The Joint Administrators have engaged Quest Consulting (London) Limited (“Quest”) to assist with the claims process, including the oversight of complaints handling.
